Google Gemini API shut down 4 models on December 9, 2025: gemini-2.0-flash-lite-preview, gemini-2.0-flash-lite-preview-02-05, gemini-2.0-flash-live-001, and gemini-live-2.5-flash-preview. Official replacements named by the provider: gemini-3.1-flash-lite and gemini-3.8-live. Requests to these models started failing on that date.
