Azure OpenAI shut down 4 models on June 29, 2026: gpt-5-chat-2025-08-07, gpt-5.1-chat-2025-11-13, gpt-5.2-chat-2026-02-10, and gpt-5.3-chat-2026-03-03. The official replacement is gpt-chat-latest. Requests to these models started failing on that date.
