AI models shutting down in March 2027
39 models have a published shutdown date in March 2027 (Google Gemini API 1, Google Vertex AI 1, AWS Bedrock 34, Azure OpenAI 3). These are exact dates or a published shutdown month. A date that only says not sooner than is a floor and is not counted.
March 2027 is one month inside 2027. The same rows are also on the deadline list for 2027-03. calendar.ics and the calendar include this month. RSS lists newly recorded deprecations. The same model id can have a different date on Vertex, the Gemini API, Azure, or Bedrock. Why shutdown dates differ by platform.
